Not only was it while doing a Scientology course on how to learn (The Student Hat) that I began to benefit from all my education, but I learned methods that really helped me as a teacher. I can communicate very well with my students. I also know what to do when they are having difficulty learning. Upon numerous occasions I have taken a student diagnosed with a learning disability and used the techniques learned in Scientology to solve the problem. As a teacher those are my biggest wins-saving kids from the destructive effects of drugs and helping them to see how they really are a lot brighter that they ever imagined. And that they can do it themselves.
