This book really helped me with handling the many tasks of my particular jobs despite factors that prevent me from being wholly productive. This book is amazing because there is a whole chapter devoted to a problem of work that I assure you many people gripe about and that is exhaustion. That chapter gives the REAL reason why we become exhausted from a job. The appendices contain practical and workable solutions on how to be better in control of one's workspace and the tools of one's trade. I have done them many times and always return to my work area feeling more focused and energetic. I recommend this book to anybody who aims to be more successful at their job.
