If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with understanding people and how to help others with past incidents. I have had great results from it. I now know without a doubt what makes people react the way they do sometimes. The book explains it very well. I always thought that when people were mad at me that they were because I had done something to them. Well to my surprise, I found out it wasn't why and this is in this book.
