If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: The Fundamentals of Thought.
Reading this book gave me a new viewpoint on life because it explained it in terms of being a game. This caused a lot of the seriousness to drop off and made life more liveable for me.
