If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: A New Slant on Life.
This book really helped me with understanding why it seems there are so many problems with life and the best ways to help yourself out of those problems and to gain from this new freedom.
