If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with understanding exactly what goes on in life. Once I understood what it was that could affect me and others, it was easier to then learn how to handle it. I couldn't handle the problem without knowing what the problem was.
