After I discovered what Scientology actually was, I learned how to help others. That's the one single biggest event in my life. I can help another person. I learned how to audit (help people with Scientology counseling - called "auditing"). I learned how to conduct classes.

     After 5 years, I pursued my career goals. Since this time I have learned that my business studies at the Hubbard Business College will earn me a degree in business and finance to use in daily business activities. This was recently announced and it is an accredited curriculum.

     There are many aspects of Scientology. Using it, my standard of living is better and my confidence level is high. For me Scientology has taken the mysteries out of life, not all of them, but quite a bit of them. This frees my time up to spend with family and friends. I read Child Dianetics when the kids came along, boy did this book open my eyes!

     I love my children and when my little boy falls or gets hurt I do a little step with him called a "contact assist." This one little step he does himself now. It helps make the pain and trauma go away. At 4 years old, he knows this. One time he was running and doing a twist showing me how high he can jump and bang, his head hit the wall. After he calmed down he asked me to help him with the assist. "It doesn't hurt anymore, Daddy. Can you come jump with me?" And off he went again.

     In my marriage, it's a typical marriage that comes complete with love, affection, trust, and even an occasional argument. The arguments we have last about 5 minutes and can be pretty passionate. But we both use Scientology to patch it up fast and never in front of the kids and never, never let it go until the morning. This August it will be 11 years. I have known her for 14.
