ello, my name is Richard Palmquist, and here is a little bit about myself:

     I was born in Colorado and spent my younger years searching for all the "secrets" of Life. I was fortunate to have two wonderful parents who believed that a marriage could survive and entire lifetime. They were devoted to ensuring that I could always get my questions answered, and believe me, I had lots of questions.

      Life was fascinating to me. Each week my mother would go to the library and check out a huge pile of books which we would read together. I still remember one of my favorite books which was called "What Is An Egg." It was amazing to me that two cells could unite and create an entirely new organism. This life was truly magical!

      My interest in life finally developed into a career as a veterinarian. After graduating from professional school I ventured to my present home and settled. In 1987, I began to manage my own hospital and was favorably impressed by a consultant who used L. Ron Hubbard's materials to manage businesses. I did not have much use for consultants, but this one was different. Mr. Hubbard's materials made sense and I found in them tremendous truth and simplicity.

     At the time I had actually approached the consultant because I was sure he was a fraud. I thought I knew everything there was to know about my job and set out to expose the consultant. The funny thing was that he made so much sense that at the end of his 4 hour lecture I had to change plans. I had come to destroy and expose and now I found I was interested and wanted to know more. That consultant wisely referred me to Mr. Hubbard's writings for the answers to my questions and I have never regretted following his advice.

      I decided to take some courses and study Hubbard's materials for myself. Upon completing about 10 days of study I returned to my hospital and was able to use the materials to expand the office for over 10 straight years. My organization had just one employee in 1986 and now employs 15 people and cares for over 15,000 pets!

     Needless to say, I was impressed with L. Ron Hubbard and his writings. I purchased all his books and began reading in earnest. In his books, I found the answers I had been looking for. Later I purchased some pastoral counseling called "auditing". This was no lees than miraculous to me. In only twelve hours I found myself brighter, more successful, and filled with a higher ability to understand myself and others. I had long held an upset with my father and magically disappeared during auditing. Imagine my happiness when I found the real reason for my upset and got it all corrected. Hubbard gave the gift of renewed happiness and I have been telling people about that ever since!
