If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: Fundamentals of Thought.
This book really helped me with understanding who I really am. It was my first adventure into hope of learning about myself and others. I was always a very spiritual person, even when I was a troubled teenager and before I became a Scientologist. This book validated some ideas that I already had (which no other philosophy or religion I had looked into had been able to do) and I also learned a lot of things that I did not know but needed to!
