If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me understand how the mind is structured; how this structure works, how things can get messed up with this structure and, most importantly, how to completely repair the mess.
