If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with coming to terms with why I (and other people) were struggling in life. I was amazed to read that something could be done about it in practical terms.
