If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me by giving me an understanding of the basics of living and life as it relates to the mind, as it is thoroughly explained in the book.
