The course I did in Scientology helped me to understand the people around me. I was able to see how I was being affected by other people. The course I did enabled me to cope with the ups and downs of life, so that my life is a lot more stable, and I am able to see why others go up and down in life and help them too.

          I came to understand what integrity meant and how I can maintain my own integrity in my life.
