If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with understanding myself better. I found out the reason why in certain circumstances I was not acting in a rational way. Reading this book I could see clearly what I had to do to be able to have a happy and healthy life.
