This book has so much "meat" in it that sometimes I think you could re-read each chapter over and over to fully get the concepts L. Ron Hubbard is talking about. Just the one chapter on the ARC (affinity, reality and communication) triangle could help someone with any upset they had in life. I used this immediately with friends I had. When there was a problem, instead of fishing around for a solution or blaming the other person, I had an immediate tool that I could causatively use that I knew would improve the situation.
