My biggest success is being able to be causative about my life, running it instead of it running me. This affects all aspects of my life because there are actually laws that govern people's actions much as there are laws that govern the physical world around us. If you understand those laws, you are not the effect of them.
For example, after 25 years of marriage, my husband and I love and respect each other more now than ever before. We are able to set goals and ensure the petty problems and disagreements of life get handled fully so there are no later recriminations and we can be aligned as partners. I have two teenage daughters and we are a close knit family group; my girls communicate openly to me and we enjoy each other's company.
The same feeling of causativeness goes with me into my workplace. I handle people all day at work and by understanding the laws that govern communication and relationships, things that happen around me are not mysterious. I can help others to have new realizations and improve their own situations. There is no better feeling.
