If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Science of Survival.
This book really helped me with really getting to know people and how they may act using a scale of known actions and then use the scale and chart to predict their other actions.
