If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Introduction to Scientology Ethics.
There is a section in this book that tells you EXACTLY how to fix something that is going badly in your life. It has shown me how to maintain good thing and handle a bad one.
