My successes have been tremendous! I have become calmer and happier in life. I do not worry about the problems I used to worry about, I just fix them or work on improving them. The key is that I don't get caught up in the worry, or sometimes even the fear, that came with a problem. I feel much more able to life my life the way I want to. Difficulties in communications with other people have become few and far between. I've become more active and interested in helping other people, as a game that is bigger and more rewarding than only improving myself. I enjoy learning and feel like I can study anything. My marriage is full of understanding and admiration. We're still best friends, 4 years later, and planning a family within the next year or so. I am excited about my future!
