If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read The Way to Happiness.
This book really helped me with simplifying things and making it all pretty clear-cut. Most of it was about things that just about everyone knows but its a real easy read that is easy to apply to your life.
