My biggest success in Scientology is enjoying life and management as much as I do. Because after watching others having trouble with management, I never thought that it was something I would do, or if I did, that I would enjoy it. Boy, was I wrong. Just having the correct methods and understanding people and knowing what to do has made management enjoyable.
