This book really helped me with my life in 1970 when I had to handle my six children and my attitude to what had happened previously in my marriage. The quote from this book helped me the most was "All the happiness you ever find lies in you."
I used to keep this book on my bedside table and read one chapter each night. it was a paper back book and it is now quite old. I now have a new hardback copy.
This helped me because it made me look at what happened in my life from a different viewpoint and I became happier. My relationship with my children and other family members improved.
