Scientology has helped me to gain confidence in my self as well as helping me to look forward to the future instead of looking at the past. I find my self being able to communicate more freely towards people in general, whereas at one time I would shy away from certain individuals. If it wasn't for me attending the Personal Efficiency course, I wouldn't feel as happy as I am right now.
