My first course in Scientology was the Communications Course. Wow, was that course ever incredible!! Now don’t get me wrong. It wasn’t as if I couldn’t ever communicate before - I wasn’t shy - but this was different. This was really being able to get oneself across and be understood, being able to receive others communication and not be the adverse effect of it (you know, like when someone says something in a certain way because they know it might upset you)! Anyway, I’ve been interested Scientology ever since and have taken other courses and learned much more. There’s no area of life that can’t be handled with this incredible philosophy!

     What’s so great is you can use this information regardless of age or ethnic background - it just fits life! All the problems you can think of - with school, friends, family, work - or if you have no problems but just want to improve yourself (or others) in some area. What helps me a lot is understanding human nature and what makes people tick - that really helps as I talk to people all day long at work. There’s so much it does it’s hard to put everything here.

     There’s some incredible information on “Assists”. These are actions one can do to help someone. As an example there’s assists you can do to help someone if they’re in pain or are ill.
