ello, my name is Shirley Salgo, and here is a little bit about myself:

     I am over 80 years of age. In 1993 I read the book Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health by L. Ron Hubbard and he made such an impression on me. He was writing about a person being able to go release, and among other things being able to be relieved from long gone or past trauma of negative experiences, and freeing our mind of these burdens. I decided to read up and learned a lot more from L. Ron Hubbard's vast amount of books and decided to take auditing and training. My relationships to the outer world changed so much for the better by applying L.Ron Hubbard's formulas of communication and understanding the meaning of ARC (Affinity, Reality and Communication) that without affinity there can be no real understanding. I had a lot of problems at one time by being hurt by other people's acts, like my daughter's or my sister's. Although I take responsibility for my acts I know longer take blame for others or feel impelled to interfere. I gained more peace of mind being able to make my own decisions without concern of others opinion, it made me a happier person and I no longer hold past experiences as burdens.
