If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with assisting someone who had had an accident and still, even after sometime had passed had a lot of attention on this incident. Using the technique outlined in the book this person handled it, and was no longer traumatized by it.
