If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with understanding why people don't always act as one would expect. But more important than that there is an efficient and easy way for people to realize why they act irrational and they then correct this themselves.
