Quite simply, Scientology saved my life. I was out the bottom. My marriage of 12 years - with two children - had just broken up. I had just moved out of my house. I thought all was lost. Everything which I had worked for was gone, or so it seemed. I was having some very non-survival thoughts and I felt as though things would only get worse. These feelings were quite unbearable. I had been doing a little Scientology over the years but nothing really serious. When I was at my low point, I went into a Scientology Mission. I talked with an auditor (an auditor is a Scientology practitioner who listens) about what had happened. what he did was so simple and worked so fast that it immediately brought me out of my funk and it's been uphill ever since.

     Now that's not all. I could write volumes about all the tremendous wins that I have had as a result of scientology. It has given me far more awareness of things than I ever had imagined. In this way, I can prevent bad things from happening to my family or me. I understand people better and can deal with situations rationally without having to get angry or go into fear. I am much happier and very rarely do I ever end up in the dumpster emotionally. I work better, I contribute more to society, I have much more concern about all living things and the environment and can do something constructive about it.

     But most of all, I realized that I am a spiritual being. This was no easy for me being an engineer by training. Ever since I was a little kid, I had a sense that there was something more than just being a body or having material things, but I didn't know what it was. Scientology gave me that truth. Not because someone told me I had to believe it, but because I could observe it for myself and make it my own. Knowing this has allowed me to have the correct perceptive on life. I can see what is important and what isn't. This helps me in moving forward in life.

     One last thing I want to say is that a technology is only so good as it works. Scientology is a technology that has worked for me and for many others I know. I want others to have the spectacular gains as I have had for myself.
