L. Ron Hubbard's writings on communication and on how to study have been the ones that have helped me the most. I started out slinking along the walls at school and after I was out of school, hoping that no one would notice me. After learning how to communicate, I wanted to talk to other people and have them talk to me. I found that I enjoyed hearing what other people had to say and enjoyed exchanging ideas. By being interested in others, my attention was taken off myself and I didn't feel like I had to slink along the walls anymore.

     Every day I use the study method that Mr. Hubbard developed. I have always been one to read, but not always factual books. After learning the study method, I found that I could read about anything and understand it. I know that I will continue to learn for the rest of my life and it will be fun and easy.
