When I was younger I was incredible shy. I never participated in discussions in the class room nor raised my hand to answer questions. I had a boyfriend for three years whose parents I never spoke with. The worst was that my face always turned red when somebody looked at me.

     Through Scientology this was quickly handled. Already the first course "The Communication Course" it was called then, gave me an appreciable and durable change so that I could be active in daily life -the school, the job, my parity etc. Through my years of living I have completed several courses plus received spiritual guidance. The spiritual guidance has given me similar fantastic results on other areas of my life.
