If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with how to handle the problems at school, for instance with the projects, other students and teachers. As it is quite easy to understand, I have used this book to explain what the technology of Scientology is and how it work.
