If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with an understanding of why and how all the unwanted conditions in my life occurred and gave me a way and means to handle everything that I could not cope with in life.
