ello, my name is Theresa Zeitz, and here is a little bit about myself:

     I teach high school kids 5 mornings a week using L.Ron Hubbard's Study Technology. High schoolers are a delilght and their energy DOES channel into wonderful directions, unsuppressed, when they are taught correctly and addressed as good, alive beings. I do song and dance shows at retirement facilities. I LOVE performing and live person-to-person performing, and I do this activity a lot and get paid decent. I sing at a nightclub one night a week, too. I also do volunteer work, helping to eradicate psychiatric violations to humanity. I do things in life that have meaning and importance and that's fulfilling.
