If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Introduction to Scientology Ethics.
This book and a course that dealt with the subject. Made me look at myself and I was able to confront and deal with many things I had always wanted to change.
