The course I did was a starter and it was brilliant - understanding the way people relate to each other, you can influence someone else by your own actions. There's nothing more pleasing than talking to someone who's showing interest to you. A barrier that someone's put up can always be overcome by a bit of patience and understanding and trying to relate to the person and really communicating.
