Is very extensive. One of the first actions I did in Scientology was the "Overcoming Ups and Downs In Life" course, which gave me technology in order to handle the rollercoaster ride I was experiencing in life, and now life and all of its areas is much more stable with myself able to make the gains and betterments in these areas.

         The next action I did was the "Personal Values and Integrity" course. It was at this point I was able to see the outpoints I was doing to myself and to others and I was able to clean these areas up and get honest and straight. The next action I did was the "Purification Rundown". Here I was able to clean out a lot of DRUGS, TOXINS, POISONS, and RADIATION that I was exposed to in my life. The end product was AWESOME!! I was actually clean and not restimulated by the impurities in my body and my health level and potential dramatically increased.
