If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Self Analysis.
This book really helped me with remebering things I had forgotten. I learned to understand others better. I could get myself to act in a more active and positive way and improve my own mood.
