If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health, Science of Survival, Clear Body Clear Mind and Introduction to Scientology Ethics.
These books introduced me to a way of thinking and understanding about how the mind operates, how I operate, and that was simplicity itself. The greatest thing I find about L. Ron Hubbard is that he is able to deal with ”so called” complicated subjects like the mind, the spirit, religion, who we are, where we are going, where we've been -- in the simplest of terms and makes everything understandable and not so complicated.
