Scientology took me from the thought that "surely there must be more to life than this" to finding out there is, resulting in a higher level of understanding of myself, family & friends.

Life, per the quote I mention later in this site, is a game.

However before Scientology it seemed to be more barriers than game.

Now I find it very much more a game & the commonly found barriers to family life, career & finance easily overcome. Result - a much higher quality of life.
