If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Science of Survival.
This book really helped me with really being able to survive well in my personal relationships with others, and really be able to determine, by a person's actions and other factors I learned in the book, the type of people I wanted to associate and do business with.
