I started my Scientology experience with the Personal Values and Integrity course and found that each day I spent at the Church I went home with great realizations about my life. Without even trying to, my communication skills improved, my work life greatly improved, my personal life in fact every aspect of me was that much better. I then did the Ups and Downs course this gave me a greater understanding of the people that surround and affect my life. What a great feeling it is to know without a doubt that I am in total control of my life. All I can say is that if these are the gains I have received from studying the very basic and simple to use L. Ron Hubbard course material then I cant wait to do more and more courses.
