My Success in Scientology

I am a potter that just began my own business of pottery and tillwork in November of 1997. I graduated from LSU in 1979 with a degree in painting and drawing but did not feel I would find work in my field. For many years I worked in advertising, marketing and printing. Then in late fall of 1996 I did some very serious introspection about my life and my lack of goals and purposes. It was no longer okay for me to continue on doing very well in life, but not being committed or passionate about anything except my family. I decided to do some introductory Scientology counseling in Orange County, California. During that 2 weeks, I discovered that I had had goals and purposes in the field of art that I had been unwilling to look at because of the impact it would have on my life and the way that it would affect me. No longer would it be that things were important to other people. Now I had things which were very important to me. Since then I have continued to work on auditing (Scientology counseling) and training to be an auditor. I have realized that I want to touch people with my work in pottery and sculpture. I know that the actions I took changed my life and saved it from being mediocre. Since I was very young I always believed one should give one's best to whatever endeavor one was involved in. It took Scientology and auditing to bring me the knowledge that a vital part of one's best is the injection of one's hopes, dreams, goals and purposes into those endeavors. And I regained mine.
