If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with enjoying work and coming up with solutions that get things done more efficiently. I also don't get bored with work even when having to do the same thing over and over.
