If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Introduction to Scientology Ethics.
This book really helped me realize the harmful effects of being out ethics on myself and others. I can now find the answers to my troubles by having the confidence to confront the problems that affect me.
